Event Schedule:
Thursday, June 5th: The hospitality suite (Room 430) opens around 3:00 p.m. Drop in to let us know you've arrive and to collect your event badges.
Friday, June 6th: A cocktail reception and casual get together from 5-8 in the Terrace Room (cash bar). Cheese and crackers, fruit, that sort of thing.
Saturday, June 7th: In the Versailles Ballroom: Cocktails 6-7, Dinner (a Creole buffet) 7-10 (cash bar).
Dress Code:
A couple of restaurants require suite jackets, otherwise pretty casual. Reception Friday evening is casual. Dinner on Saturday is a little dressier, but not fancy. See sample of dinner dress at previous event on https://picasaweb.google.com/sharon.renno/2011Reunion#
If you have Moroccan clothes, show them off. If wearing to reception on Friday, you might want to change before going out to dinner. If you have a T-shirt from an earlier reunion, don't forget to bring it. There's a pool at the top of the hotel, so plan accordingly if you are interested.
Registration fee:
Before March 30: $100 per person for dinner, reception and administrative expenses. Postmarked after March 30: $115 per person.

5:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Friday, August 5thA cocktail reception (cash bar) and casual get-together. Cheese and crackers, fruit, that sort of thing.
6:00 p.m. - Saturday, August 6th A buffet dinner (cash bar). Doors open at 6:00 p.m. The buffet will start at 6:30 p.m. Please plan to stick around for photos following dinner.
